Protein Chia Pancake Recipe
These tasty breakfast treats are vegan and totally yummy. Quick and easy for a lazy sunday morning.
-150g plain flour (can be switched to a gluten free alternative)
-2 tablespoon sugar
-2 teaspoon baking powder
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
-2 tablespoon chia seeds
-pinch of salt
-Add wet to dry ingredients.
-Add chia seeds last.
-Oil a hot pan and fry pancakes, flip halfway.
-Serve with maple syrup, fruit or your favourite topping.
